A reminder that the Club’s 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 4th December at the Greyhound Inn, New Buildings, Hinckley, LE10 1HN, with a 7.30pm start.
The deadline to stand as a candidate for the Club Board is next Wednesday 20th November, and Nominations need to be with the Club Secretary by that date. If you wish to stand as a candidate for election to the Board, please download the Board Nomination Pack linked below, read thoroughly and complete the Candidate Nomination Form, returning the form to the Company Secretary at this address:

Existing Directors Stewart Dee (Match Secretary) and Mark Langley (Merchandise and Sales Director) will both be stepping down in accordance with the club’s constitution regarding rotation of the club board. Both Stewart and Mark intend to seek re-election to the board.
There are 5 Directors remaining, so will be a maximum of 7 vacancies for the club board. With both Stewart Dee and Mark Langley intending to seek re-election, the club are encouraging anyone else who feels they can make a difference to stand for election to the Board and help us continue to push the club in the right direction.
