Hinckley AFC have completed the signing of striker Lewis Collins who re-joins the club from Atherstone Town.
A title winner with Atherstone last season, he played 27 times for them in their Division One triumph. The powerful forward started 13 of those games, scoring eight goals.
Collins was one of Courtney Belford’s first signings upon his appointment at Hinckley, and scored a stunning pre-season goal at Tamworth that summer. He featured four times off the bench for AFC towards the start of that season but then went back to Nuneaton Griff.
Since leaving Hinckley, he scored 14 times across two covid-hit seasons with Griff before heading to Atherstone.
He also counts Romulus and Bedworth United among his former sides.
Welcome back, Lewis!
