Hinckley AFC can confirm our first pre-season friendly with a trip to the seaside to take on Skegness Town.
As part of the preparations for Joe Conneely ahead of Hinckley’s second year at step five, he will take his side to another United Counties League outfit in the form of Premier North club Skegness.
AFC will head to Skegness’ MKM Stadium on Saturday 12th July, for a 2pm kick off – two weeks ahead of the scheduled start of the league season on the weekend of 26th July.
The Lilywhites, whose squad included the former Hinckley United striker Gary King, finished 10th in the Premier North last season, while Hinckley ended ninth in the Premier South.
More pre-season friendlies will be confirmed in due course, as and when they are arranged with opposition clubs.
