Hinckley AFC are delighted to confirm that our partnership with primary sponsor DPD has extended into a seventh season this 2020-21 campaign.
The express delivery company has been the club’s primary sponsor since its formation in 2014, and that deal has now been extended for another season that will once again see the company’s logo feature on the front of the club’s first team shirts.
Both the club and the company have been in the local area for a similar period of time, with both now establishing themselves as part of the Hinckley community.
That’s even more so the case for AFC who are playing home games in the borough for the first time this season, after taking another step towards returning to the town with a groundshare agreement at Barwell.
“We welcome DPD back on board as our Primary Sponsor and look forward to strengthening the relationship between us over the coming season,” said Hinckley AFC Director, Scott Barnes. “DPD has demonstrated once again that they are very much at the heart of our community and their support is hugely appreciated. We’re looking forward to making more memories with DPD on our shirts in our new era back in the borough at Barwell’s Kirkby Road ground.”
Justin Pegg, DPD’s Chief Operating Officer, said: “We are delighted to support Hinckley AFC for a seventh year and wish them every success in the 2020-21 season. It is a club that is passionate about bringing people together for the benefit of sport and the wider community. As a key employer in the area, we are keen to work with the communities we’re closest to and we’re looking forward to another season with Hinckley AFC.”
