Hinckley AFC will face ProChance FC at home in the first round of this season’s Leicestershire Senior Cup.
The first games in the county competition for three years, after a covid-enforced break, sees a return to the competition Hinckley won in 2015/16.
And the initial draw sees us take on Leicestershire Senior League side ProChance in the first round.
ProChance are a relatively new club, designed to provide opportunity to young, promising footballers on a hybrid training programme. They aim to pick up players recently released from professional clubs and give them a springboard to bounce back into the game.
The tie against them will take place on Monday 3rd October at Kirkby Road. This means that our match against Coton Green has been re-scheduled for Monday 7th November at 7.45pm.
The match against Haughmond, postponed as a mark of respect after the passing of Her Majesty The Queen, has now been re-arranged. This game will take place on Monday 17th October, kicking off at 7.45pm.
Our only match still yet to be re-arranged is the home game against Shawbury United.
