Gabe Webster has become the latest player to extend his stay with Hinckley AFC for 2026/27.
Local lad Webster joined in November, primarily as a midfielder, but found a home at left back in the second half of the season, starting 12 of the last 14 games in the number three shirt.
Joint boss Adam Davies said: “We are incredibly pleased to shake hands on this one. Gabe came into the club as a midfielder, and in dropping into the defence, he has become a rock who won the vast majority of his duels physically against some really strong opponents, something we like to see as a standard in a defender.
“Gabe is a winner, and holds others to account as well as himself. He remains in red and blue, and the fact he can operate in multiple positions on the pitch is a real bonus.”
Webster added: “I’m happy to have signed at Hinckley again this season. I think we have a great chance of pushing on and going higher and I want to play a part in that.”
Welcome back, Gabe!
