Young midfielder Charlie Williams will also stay with Hinckley AFC for the new season.
Williams joined in October from Atherstone Town and featured 20 times, coming on strong towards the end of the season when he earned his reward with the Man of the Match award against Godmanchester Rovers.
Williams said: “I am buzzing to be staying at Hinckley, it was a no brainer.
“It’s a great group of lads and a great management team and I’m hopeful we can show that to you fans in a fresh start.”
Joint boss Adam Davies added: “After cementing his place in the team towards the back end of the season, Charlie has quickly become a fans favourite and a massive culture add in the changing room.
“Charlie was patient in waiting for his opportunity when it would have been easier to throw the towel in, and he has cemented himself as an important part of being successful.
“Another of our teenagers who has grown quickly and showed real maturity, this is another big one.”
