Midfield duo Jack Edwards and Preston Bitemo will remain with Hinckley AFC for the 2024/25 season.
Both were instrumental parts of last season’s title-winning campaign, and will be back for more at Kirkby Road for our first season at step five.
Edwards heads into our United Counties Premier South debut as our second-highest appearance maker, amassing 130 games since his debut in 2020.
In total, 37 of those came last season, in which he scored 14 goals and found superb scoring form towards the end of the campaign. He’s netted 32 times for the club during his time at Hinckley.
Meanwhile, Bitemo’s outstanding first year of senior football saw him adapt to life seamlessly and he picked up the Supporters’ Young Player of the Year in the process.
He played 31 times last season and captained the side on the final day of the regular league season at Smethwick Rangers. Of his two Hinckley AFC goals, his first, a 25-yarder against Cradley Town, was one of the standouts of last season.
Welcome back, Jack and Preston!
