Hinckley AFC have been drawn home ties in the opening rounds of both the FA Cup and FA Vase this season.
The first two rounds of each competition have been drawn this afternoon with Hinckley handed a pair of home ties.
This season’s appearance will be AFC’s first in the FA Cup for four years, and our journey in that competition will start at home to Wolverhampton Casuals in the extra preliminary round. That tie will take place on the weekend of Saturday 6th August.
The winners of that tie will face either Cogenhoe United or Stone Old Alleynians in the preliminary round, to take place a fortnight later.
In the Isuzu FA Vase, in which we are competition record holders for its biggest ever win, we’ve been drawn at home to Division One rivals Paget Rangers. That first round qualifying tie will take place on the weekend of Saturday 27th August.
The winners of that tie will be at home to Stafford Town in the second round qualifying, to take place on the weekend of Saturday 24th September.
The final details for all ties are subject to agreement between the clubs.
