Hinckley AFC will be holding an information evening for members in Gadsby’s this coming Wednesday, 31st January, at 7-30pm.
The evening is designed to lay out, in front of our membership, the club’s options for the coming months and years as we look to continue building towards the future of your club.
As a community club with a one member, one vote structure, it is only right and fair that our members have the final say and thus, after the evening, we will be holding a postal and electronic vote for the members to decide on our future.
Votes should either be delivered to Gadsby’s or emailed to options@hinckleyafc.org.uk, and is held under Section 58 of the club’s constitution. The email address will not work until the conclusion of the information evening.
The vote will be open from the conclusion of the information evening until 7pm the following day, Thursday 1st February.
For anyone unable to attend the meeting, the information is available upon request from Chairman, Steve Jelfs, on steve.jelfs@hinckleyafc.org.uk. This information will not be sent until the meeting starts.
