Hinckley AFC have signed goalkeeper Ryan Young following his departure from Worcester Raiders.
With Brandon Bache set for a spell out with a broken hand, Joe Conneely and Courtney Hunter-Belford have quickly moved to add the experienced former Studley stopper.
He spent the last two-and-a-half seasons with Raiders, helping them to promotion to step five and making more than 100 appearances at Sixways.
He picked up their Chairman’s Player of the Season last term, but departed recently to play in a league closer to home with a baby due soon.
As a youngster, Ryan spent three seasons with Redditch Borough in Division Two before moving to Studley, where he played nearly 50 times before linking up with Worcester Raiders.
Ryan is registered and able to make his debut against Sutton United in the League Cup tonight.
Welcome to Hinckley, Ryan!
