Hinckley AFC will be offering free entry for supporters into this season’s Under 18s home matches.
The youth team start their new Midland Floodlit Youth League Eastern Division season at home to Lichfield City tonight, at their new Kilsby Lane ground in Rugby.
And admission will be free of charge for supporters who attend this season.
Hinckley AFC director Dave Jackson said: “We are mindful that supporters who want to watch the Under 18s have to travel to do so, and we are very much grateful to Rugby Borough for accommodating us this season.
“We are also mindful that the spectating facilities on pitch#2 are limited, and as such we do not feel it would be right to charge an entrance fee this season to watch Under 18s league games.
“Match costs still have to be paid though, and for any supporters who feel they can afford to do so, we would very much appreciate any voluntary donation on the night of games, which can be paid via card at the entrance gate to the pitch.”
