Hinckley AFC have signed left-sided player Tom Armitage from Sutton Coldfield Town.
The 20-year-old featured in our final pre-season friendly at Coventry Alvis on Saturday, playing at left-back, but he is equally comfortable in a more advanced role.
He came through the academy at Burton Albion and played half of an EFL Trophy game for them in 2020, coming on from the bench.
After his release from the Pirelli Stadium he joined Nuneaton Borough, and from there went to Hednesford Town before joining Sutton Coldfield in the spring of 2022.
Having spent more than a year at Sutton Coldfield, he left the Coles Lane outfit last week to seek a new challenge and joins Hinckley ahead of the start of the new campaign.
