The FA and Midland Football League have confirmed a week-long extension to the season at step six.
The news, sent to clubs this morning, means the regular season will now end on Saturday 29th April.
The play-offs will also be pushed back seven days, with the semi-finals in the week commencing 1st May and the final on Saturday 6th May.
Any games already scheduled cannot be moved unless it involves a club playing on consecutive days, but any matches still to be re-arranged can be added into the last week of April.
It means that our fixtures will remain unchanged, barring any postponements between now and the 22nd April, but will allow the players a week of recovery before the play-offs begin in May.
