Hinckley AFC have completed the signing of forward Reece Jacobs from Lye Town.
The 25-year-old, who can play anywhere across the front three, has spent the opening part of this season with the Flyers.
He spent a brief spell with Bilston Town last season, scoring three times for them in nine Division One games.
Manager Joe Conneely said: “Reece is someone the fans will really enjoy watching. He trained well with us this week and looked really sharp.
“He’s a direct attacking player who can play wide or as a forward. He’s energetic, scores goals and creates chances, which is something we’ve lacked.”
Having come through the academy at Kidderminster Harriers, his first Division One experience came with Pershore Town and Littleton, for whom he scored 13 times in 2016/17.
But his most clinical spell in front of goal came with Continental Star, plundering 40 goals in 46 games in Division Three.
His reward was a move to Southern League side Slimbridge, while he has also played for Market Drayton Town at step four.
Having already featured for Lye in the FA Vase this season, he won’t be eligible for tonight’s match but could make his debut in Monday night’s Division One game against Chelmsley Town.
Welcome to Hinckley, Reece!
