Hinckley AFC are saddened to learn of the passing of long-time supporter David Abbott.
David was instantly recognisable at matches with his dog Murphy by his side.
He was a follower of Hinckley football going back to the days of Hinckley Athletic and was still a regular at games last season.
He also gave a kind donation to the club after lockdown to help put our stamp on the move to Kirkby Road.
Rest in peace, David.
