Hinckley AFC will look for their first win in four league games on Tuesday but table toppers St Andrews stand in their way.
AFC have suffered recent defeats to Birstall United and Belper United before salvaging a late draw at Barrow Town this weekend.
It means they’re now three without a win after an unbeaten start to the season – and keen for points to lift themselves up the table.
But tasks don’t come much tougher than a visit to the league leaders – St Andrews two points clear at the top of Division One.
That said, their recent form has also been patchy. Just one win in their last four games have seen them concede a two-goal lead to lose at Kirby Muxloe, while they were also beaten by Kimberley Miners Welfare at the weekend.
Those inconsistencies have mostly come on the road, though. At home, they are five wins from five – scoring 17 goals at Canal Street in the process.
St Andrews have played more matches than anyone else in the division, winning seven of their 11 games thus far.
Ben Law leads the way in front of goal with five but they have shared goals out well – 11 different players have found the net for them.
St Andrews play at Canal Street, Aylestone, Leicester, LE2 8LZ.
