Hinckley AFC’s annual pre-season opener, the Simon Blyth Memorial Trophy match at Heather St John’s, will not take place after the home side pulled out of the match.
However, this is a longstanding charity fundraiser that we do annually with Heather, so we will try to find an alternative date to play the match when fans can attend and remember Simon when we’re all together.
We now have a vacancy for an away friendly on that day – Saturday 8th August – if anyone can host us please email match.secretary@hinckleyafc.co.uk.
