Hinckley AFC have signed versatile Nuneaton Borough youngster Fortune Maphosa on a short-term loan.
The former Tamworth man, who has previously played against Hinckley when he spent time on loan at Heather St John’s two seasons ago, can play at the back or in midfield.
He has good experience of higher levels despite his tender years, having become a regular in their squad under Dennis Greene at the beginning of last season.
He also counts Alvechurch and Coventry United among his former clubs.
He adds strength at the back after fellow defender Curtis Townley re-joined Pershore Town.
Townley started each of the first nine games this season but struggled for minutes since returning from the ankle injury he picked up in September.
Welcome to the club, Fortune – and best wishes to Curtis.
