Hinckley AFC are delighted to announce the signings of Joe Haines and Mitchell Evans.
The duo have been training with the club this pre-season and have now signed forms to be with AFC for 2017-18.
Left back Haines (right) is an attack minded full back who can also play on the wing, and joins from Lichfield City. He spent two and a half years at Lichfield, either side of a spell at Bromsgrove Sporting during their title-winning season last term. He also counts Walsall Wood amongst his former clubs.
Meanwhile, 17-year-old Evans is a talent who greatly excites Carl Abbott, joining from National League North play-off semi-finalists Kidderminster Harriers. The central midfielder was promoted from Kidderminster’s academy in time to come on as a substitute in their 6-0 Emirates FA Cup win over Weymouth last term. He was also an unused substitute in their defeat to League Two side Blackpool later in the same competition.
The duo are the latest two to join up with the retained members of last year’s squad, after the announcements of Dom Smith and Alex Morris yesterday.
Welcome to the club, Joe and Mitchell!
