Teenage stopper Divin Emmanuel spent four years on the academy at Aston Villa and featured in all of Hinckley AFC’s five pre-season friendlies in 2024.

He was at Racing Club Warwick for previous last two seasons, featuring for their academy sides and learning from first-team ‘keepers, and made his senior debut in the summer of 2024 in our first game at step five.

After a handful of appearances, he dual registered at Nuneaton Griff for the remainder of the season and won their Players’ Player of the Year award, before a spell with Studley at step five at the start of the following season.

On his return to Hinckley, he featured in all bar one of the remaining games in 2025/26 and impressed with a string of fine saves, earning him a share of the Players’ Player of the Year award alongside Zach Tellyn. A move to Coventry Sphinx followed, but he was back in Hinckley colours by the end of September.
