Hinckley AFC have been drawn at home to Eccleshall in the first round of the FA Vase.
Our reward for beating Highgate United this weekend is another home tie, with North West Counties League Division One South high-flyers Eccleshall set to visit Kirkby Road on Saturday 10th October.
Eccleshall have enjoyed a bright start to this season at step six, sitting fourth in the table but just a point behind leaders AFC Bridgnorth. They also claimed a step five scalp in the last round of the Vase, beating Coventry Sphinx.
The two sides met in the Vase three seasons ago, with Hinckley going through on penalties after a 1-1 draw at Eccleshall’s Pershall Park home.
