Adam Barber scooped an awards double while Jared Bradshaw and Oli Szymanski picked up the supporters’ gongs at Hinckley AFC’s end-of-season presentation evening.
Barber, who played in 39 out of our 43 matches this season, won the Players’ Player of the Season award from his peers and also got the nod in Joe Conneely’s Manager’s Player of the Season.
The left-back passed 100 appearances for the club this season, and grabbed our opening goal of the season and first as a step five club when he scored at Eynesbury on the opening day in July.
After signing at the end of September, Bradshaw featured in 31 matches this season and he collected the Supporters’ Player of the Year. He ended the campaign second in the goal charts with 11, including two on debut and a series of three spectacular free-kicks towards the start of 2025.
Meanwhile, the Supporters’ Young Player of the Season went to Oli Szymanski. A graduate from the club’s youth team, 17-year-old Szymanski made his senior debut on the opening day of the season and went on to feature 34 times in his maiden season.
The Clubman of the Year went to long-standing supporter and club partner Steve Hardy.
Congratulations to all the winners!
