Hinckley AFC have bolstered defensive ranks with the addition of centre-back Alex Vineall.
Known as ‘Jimmy’, Vineall has spent the last two seasons in the United Counties Premier South and adds knowledge of the league to the AFC back line.
Having played for Long Buckby two seasons ago and then Coventry United last term, he played 62 times across those pair of campaigns and captained both sides on occasions.
He is yet to feature in pre-season for Hinckley after suffering a nasty ankle injury during his time with United, but he has been working with AFC physio Dan White and is hoping to return to action in the early part of the season.
