Hinckley AFC have been drawn away to Mickleover Sports in the first qualifying round of this season’s Emirates FA Cup.
Hinckley’s reward for beating Worksop Town and Aylestone Park is a trip to Derbyshire in the first qualifying round to take on a Mickleover side just entering the competition at this stage.
Mickleover play their football in the Evo-Stik League Premier Division, the same level as Hinckley’s local rivals Barwell and Coalville Town at three levels higher in the non-league pyramid. They have made a solid start to their league campaign, beating Shaw Lane while drawing 1-1 with Witton Albion and Lancaster City.
The first qualifying round tie will be played at Mickelover’s Don Amott Arena on Saturday 2nd September.
