New management squad update

Hinckley AFC have added a number of new signings to the squad ahead of today’s visit of Northampton Sileby Rangers.

The new management team have put their stamp on the squad with some new additions, while also covering several holiday absences within the squad over the next few weeks.

After his Man of the Match performance last week, Keelan Fallows is now away for a couple of weeks, so Carl O’Neill has returned to deputise in his absence. O’Neill is back for a third spell at the club, having started this season with Rugby Borough at step four.

Left-sided defender James Sanderson joins after leaving Coventry United, for whom he played against Hinckley last month. He spent the last couple of seasons with Lutterworth Town.

Young attacking player Blake Kindred has also arrived, on dual registration from Barwell. The 19-year-old also counts Bromsgrove Sporting and Alvechurch among his former clubs.

An experienced and powerful forward, Kevin Hemagou played for the management team at Atherstone, while he has also featured, and scored, against Hinckley in the past for Radford. He also counts Basford United, Long Eaton United, Walsall Wood and Shifnal Town among his former clubs, before he joined Lichfield City in the summer, and after a couple of games at step four, has now linked up with Hinckley.

Louis Baker started alongside Chandler Pegg on Monday and joins after leaving Nuneaton Town at the end of last season. He helped them to promotion from step six, while he also played under Ross, Adam and Chris at Atherstone.

Jordan Clement, meanwhile, also played the first hour on Monday and arrives on dual registration from Lichfield. A talented midfield player, he came through the academy at Tamworth, and played more than 100 times for the Lambs either side of a spell with Redditch United. He was part of the Tamworth side who won the Southern Premier Central three years ago, and also helped Lichfield to promotion from step five last season, scoring three times in 15 games.

Those additions are alongside young pair Henley Hadley, scorer of Monday’s superb late goal, and Jake Tullin, the latest product of our Under 18s team came on to make his senior debut late on Monday.

Welcome to Hinckley, all!
