Last season’s top scorer Bryan Kohyrelon and 2022/23’s leading marksman Chandler Pegg will both stay with Hinckley AFC for the new season.
After stepping up from Coventry Copsewood this time last year, Kohyrelon’s maiden season at step five saw him lead our appearance and goal charts.
He played in all bar one of our competitive games last term, scoring 17 goals including a hat-trick on the final day of the season against Lutterworth Town.
Fellow forward Pegg will also stay at the club after playing 16 times following his return in December.
Our 39-goal leading scorer from three seasons ago, Pegg continued to work his way back to full fitness and sharpness following a serious knee injury. He scored four goals in the second half of the campaign, which included a stint at centre-back to help out during an injury crisis.
He is just five goals away from a half-century in red and blue, with his superb overall record reading 45 goals in 62 games.
