Hinckley AFC’s fifth-highest appearance maker Jack Edwards and last season’s appearance leader Harry Walker-Donovan will be staying with the club for 2023/24.
The midfield duo played vital roles in last season’s run to the play-offs and will remain at Kirkby Road for another term.
Edwards has played 93 times since joining in the summer of 2020, sandwiching a brief spell at Atherstone Town at the start of last season.
Only four players have appeared more often, while he has also chipped in with 18 goals and was recognised at the 2021/22 presentation evening.
Meanwhile, Walker-Donovan signed last summer and his 49 appearances was the most of anyone at the club last term – his versatility across the right flank or in midfield proving valuable.
He chipped in with four goals last term, including a last minute winner at home to Cradley Town.
You can sponsor Jack or Harry for just £50 for the entire 2023/24 season, getting your name or business alongside theirs in each home league matchday programme and on the club website. To sponsor a player, contact Mark Langley on a matchday or email mark@hinckleyafc.co.uk.
The duo are the latest to sign on for the new season, with more to follow ahead of Saturday’s pre-season opener at Heather St John’s.
