Midfielder Ben Newport has left Hinckley AFC to join divisional rivals Nuneaton Griff.
The young central player missed the whole of last season through injury but played 28 times this season, netting one goal against Chelmsley Town back in September.
His last start came in the League Cup tie against Coventry Copsewood back in January, and as such he had made the short move up the A5 to get more game time with Sam Belcher’s side.
