The Hinckley AFC supporters’ group will be collecting donations for local foodbanks at our play-off semi-final against Hucknall Town.
As a community club, we are always looking to help local people and will be taking donations this weekend.
Among items particularly needed are
- Sponge Puddings or long-dated cake
- Tomato Ketchup
- UHT Fruit Juice – 1 Litre
- Dried Milk Powder (300 G)
- Coffee (200g)
- Hot Chocolate (Made With Water)
- Confectionary
- Shaving Foam
- Washing Up Liquid
- Washing Powder/tablets (Small Packs)
Organiser through the Supporters’ Group, Zoe Measom, said: “We had a suggestion to collect for the local foodbank so that we are the community club, helping the community.
“We would like to ask anyone attending the play-off game if they could donate something, ahead of potentially looking at monthly collections next season.
“While the above list gives suggestions, it it far from an exhaustive list and all items would be gratefully received.”
