Hinckley AFC play the first of two Bank Holiday home games in 48 hours with the visit of Dunkirk to Kirkby Road on Saturday.
AFC welcome the Nottingham-based side first, before a local derby against Kirby Muxloe on Easter Monday.
And they’ll be looking to build on last week’s nailbiting win against Hucknall in which Ryan Harkin’s late goal earned a 5-4 win.
And manager Courtney Belford says the visit of the sides sitting seventh and eighth will test his side. He said: “They’re two good sides who sit just outside the play-offs. Both caused us problems despite us going on to win both away games.”
Dunkirk were only mathematically ruled out of making the play-offs last week after an impressive run since the early part of the season.
They sit seventh, with 74 points from their 41 games. Powerful forward Scott Litchfield is their leading marksman with 35 goals this season.
They have also been excellent on the road – losing only one away game, to leaders Kimberley Miners Welfare, since mid-November.
Hinckley won the reverse fixture 4-0 back in August, with Tom Weale on the scoresheet with two first half goals. Lewis Rankin and Jeremie Agholor also netted.
