In their own words: GRP Reports offer inventories, check outs/ins and interim inspections on behalf of letting agents and private landlords across the Midlands. All of our reports are extremely detailed accounts of your property consisting of both written and photographic evidence. Always aiming for a quick turnaround time of 24 hours… If not sooner! All completed reports are then emailed across to the landlord or letting agent.
