Hinckley AFC face a quick return to action as they look to return to winning ways against Littleton at the Welfare Ground this evening, kick off 7-45pm.
Hot off the back of Saturday’s defeat to NKF Burbage, John Ramshaw’s men are back on home territory again for the second time in three days tonight.
This time, bottom side Littleton are the visitors as AFC go in search of their second home win of 2019.
But Littleton picked up their second win of the season on Saturday with a 1-0 win over Brocton, in which former Worcester City striker Joel Ambalu netted the only goal.
It was a result that brought them back to within three points of second bottom Nuneaton Griff and keeps alive their hopes of staying up.
The reverse fixture was a tight affair for the most part, which AFC snatched at the very death thanks to two late goals from James Jepson and Grant Ryan.
Hinckley will be hoping for the same result tonight to help restore confidence after a run of four defeats.
And they will be boosted by the returns of Chris Hollist and Louis Hamilton, who are back in contention for the game after the duo missed out on Saturday due to family commitments.
