Hinckley AFC will be looking to put back-to-back defeats behind them by returning to winning ways at Littleton tomorrow.
After their first two league defeats of the season, James Jepson’s charges have the opportunity to put that right with a trip to Worcestershire to face the league’s bottom side.
AFC are nestled in mid table with 12 points from their eight games thus far, but are just three points off sixth as part of a heavily congested middle section of the table.
A win tomorrow would give Hinckley a boost after a month that has seen two wins and two defeats, and could move them into the top half at the end of the second month of the season.
Tomorrow’s hosts remain bottom of the league having lost each of their eight games so far, but did beat Lichfield City in the FA Vase at the start of the month.
Littleton did the double over a jaded AFC towards the end of last season, with a late Dan Carter goal giving them a narrow 3-2 victory on a Thursday evening in late April.
Littleton play at Five Acres, Blakes Hill, Pebworth Road, North Littleton, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 8QL.
