Former Mansfield Town youngster Kieran Harrison is the latest player to agree to join James Jepson’s Hinckley AFC squad next season.
Having only just turned 20 last week, Harrison is equally comfortable at the heart of the defence or midfield and has just left the Stags’ academy after his first year as a professional at Field Mill.
He spent last season on loan at step four with Belper Town, and despite his age featured a number of times for the Stags’ Under 21 side.
He has previously worked with John Ramshaw at Mansfield, and along with the help of Scout Donal Flynn has agreed to join AFC.
On the addition, Jepson said: “Kieran is just the type of character we want at the club.
“First and foremost, he is a good footballer at home in either defence or midfield, and whilst he is still only young he is a winner and has experience playing at Mansfield Town.
“He has only just left full-time football and to have him with us is a real coup for the club.”
