As part of our commitment to keeping our members informed, Hinckley AFC would like to confirm that our club accounts have been re-called and passed to another accountant.
Initially, the club had hoped to produce the accounts for members at our AGM but the continued delay of the accounts being returned to us has meant we have been unable to do so.
The club felt that this was letting the members down so we have taken the decision to pass the accounts to another firm in order to keep you up to date.
Chairman Steve Jelfs said: “We would also like to reassure people that this is nothing to do with the accounts themselves, more a failure of the accountant to whom we’d given a second chance.”
