Lee Thomas and Javia Roberts will both play their 50th games for Hinckley AFC if they appear in tomorrow afternoon’s game at Littleton.
The duo are both on the brink of bringing up their half centuries for the club and will do so if they play in tomorrow’s league match at Five Acres.
Roberts has netted 21 goals in his first 49 games for the club, many of them coming from the wing before moving into a central role in recent weeks.
Meanwhile, last season’s Player of the Year Thomas has continued to impress at left back – his solitary club goal was that stunner against Cadbury Athletic last month.
Tomorrow’s game will see fourth placed AFC – unbeaten in eleven league games – face a Littleton side who sit solidly in mid-table having won eight and lost seven of their games thus far.
They have won three of their last four and have recently brought in Sean Brain, who scored nine times this season for Bromsgrove Sporting before moving across Worcestershire to Littleton.
They have drawn twice this campaign – one of those being a point against Hinckley on the opening day of the season. That day, Haydn Whitcombe was part of the Littleton side but tomorrow he returns to Five Acres to face his old teammates as part of the AFC squad which is full of confidence going into the game.
That comes after last week’s extra time win over Quorn in the Buildbase FA Vase that took Carl Abbott’s side into the last 32 for the first time.
Littleton play at Five Acres, Pebworth Road, North Littleton, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 8QL.
