With Hinckley AFC’s 2016 AGM now just a month away, the nomination process for members wishing to join the Board of Directors has been released today.
There will be four vacancies on the Board at the AGM, including those of three of the longest serving members of the current Board, who must step down. They may seek re-election if they wish.
The nomination pack below details the process for nominations to the board. If you wish to stand for election, please read the nomination pack carefully to ensure that you know what will be expected of Board members.
Nominations must be received by Club Secretary, Rachel Bradford, by 6pm next Tuesday 1st November 2016, either by post or email. Details of both methods of contact can be found in the nomination pack.
Any resolutions to be proposed at the AGM must also be sent to the Secretary – the deadline for these is Thursday 3rd November 2016.
Please note that only those who have a current 2016-17 Hinckley AFC membership are eligible to stand. Likewise, the AGM is a members’ only event.
