We Did It ‘Our Way’ as Sounds of Swing Comes to AFC
Following the recent success of our ‘Hinckley Re-United’ event, we are now gearing up for our next big night out that will again welcome back one of Hinckley’s greats, Dean Thomas.
Instead of reminiscing about times in the dugout, Dean will this time bring his ‘Sounds of Swing’ to the Hansom Rooms at the former Greene King Stadium on Saturday 5th December at 8pm, in support of Hinckley AFC, Cancer Research UK and NKF Burbage.
Whether it is classics such as ‘Mack the Knife’, ‘Mr Bojangles’ or ‘My Way’, Thomas will be on hand to provide us with a memorable night’s entertainment from the timeless ‘Rat Pack’ era of which the likes of Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jnr and ‘Old Blue Eyes’ himself Frank Sinatra were the cornerstones.
As well as a night of not to be missed entertainment, guests will also be treated to some fine food provided by Hinckley AFC sponsor Ponchinello’s, who will be on hand to support the event.
Dress code for this event will be smart, but why not get into the ‘swing’ of things by donning your finest threads and becoming a part of the Hinckley AFC ‘Rat Pack’ for the night!
Tickets are available now, priced at just £10 or £15 (VIP), by contacting the Hanson Rooms directly on 01455 840088 or hotline@hinckleystadium.com, or through Hinckley AFC’s Jason Tipping on 07725 183513 or jasontipping04@sky.com.
