3G Pitches at the Greene King Stadium

Hinckley AFC is lending its support to ensure that Grassroots football continues to thrive within our local community.

On 29th January the footballing landscape for our aspiring young footballers could be changed forever, with the pending auction of land used by youngsters of all ages on the site of the former Greene King Stadium.

Since forming in 2014 it has always been the wish of all associated with Hinckley AFC to help preserve and develop Grassroots football in the area. The importance of youth football and the facilities such as the ones currently on the land in question cannot be underestimated.

The impact of losing such facilities will undoubtedly deprive a large number of youngsters the chance to play in a safe, friendly and suitable environment.

Hinckley AFC is lending its support towards a petition aimed at encouraging Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council to act in preventing this important facility being lost from our community forever. We would urge our supporters to lend their support by signing the petition below:
