A midfielder who can play in the centre or on the left, Tom Bates joined Hinckley AFC in January 2016.
After starting his career as a young professional at Coventry City, during which he had a loan spell at Rochdale, he dropped into non-league and has plenty of experience at higher levels, having represented Nuneaton Town and Barwell amongst others.
He possesses a sweet left foot, and Carl Abbott belives he will ‘complement the other players we have’ in midfield.
