Captain of Hinckley AFC’s Midland League Division One title-winning side in 2023/24, Danny Fraser returned to Hinckley two years later having got two further promotions under his belt.

Having departed Kirkby Road after that title success, he spent a season each with Rugby Borough and Coventry United in the UCL Premier South and helped both of those sides to play-off victories to make it three promotions in three seasons.

Formerly a Coventry Copsewood captain, he spent six years at Allard Way playing more than 230 times for them until a move to step five with Racing Club Warwick in 2019.

There, he earned a Player of the Year award in his first season at that level before a move back to Coventry with Sphinx. He spent three seasons there to help them into the upper echelons of the United Counties Premier South and was a mainstay until injury in 2022 meant he lost his place.

That was when he first linked up with Hinckley, with 74 appearances during his first spell, chipping in with seven goals and countless assists with his wicked delivery from wide areas.
