Adam Davies was appointed as one third of Hinckley AFC’s new management team, alongside Ross Innes and Chris Tullin – replacing Joe Conneely in August 2025.

He played against Hinckley several times for Nuneaton Griff, also featuring for Atherstone, before taking up the management role at Atherstone alongside Innes.

There, they took charge of two FA Vase quarter-finals and guided the team to the Midland League Division One title, losing just one league match for the entirety of the 2021/22 season with Tullin as a coach.

After stabilising the club at step five, the trio left in the summer of 2023 and then re-united to take up the role at Hinckley a couple of years later.
