Match Preview: Bolehall Swifts (h)
For the second time in three days this evening, Hinckley AFC will entertain Bolehall Swifts at St John’s Park, kick off 7-45pm.
After Bolehall’s 1-0 success in the Les James Challenge Cup on Saturday, Hinckley will be out for immediate revenge in their quest for three league points tonight.
Hinckley will be aiming to build on their last league outing at Pilkington XXX, which yielded an important three points. A second consecutive league victory would see Carl Abbott’s side move up to 14th in the Midland League First Division table, jumping above Pershore Town, Alvis Sporting and Pilkington XXX.
Meanwhile, the visitors currently lie 5th, having won seven of their ten games, but this will be their first league match of the month: their last two outings have been in cup competitions.
