Studley 0-8 Hinckley AFC

Hinckley AFC have now scored 30 goals in their last three games after an 8-0 thumping of Studley at The Beehive on Tuesday evening.
Sam Agar and Ryan Seal were chief tormentors once again as they both netted hat-tricks – Agar for the third consecutive game – to put Studley to the sword.
Isaac Cooper and Javia Roberts added gloss to the scoreline with a second half goal apiece as Hinckley continued their recent free-scoring run.
Carl Abbott made three changes to the side that put nine past Stafford Town on Saturday. Ryan Paddock, Jean Kalenda and Sean Williams were all unavailable, meaning Alex Penny, Darious Darkin and Cooper came in.
Agar found the net five times on Saturday, and it took him just four minutes to renew his acquaintance with the back of the net. Cooper’s shot was deflected into his path, and the striker coolly converted to give Hinckley the lead.
Hinckley continued to impress with some neat pockets of play, scoring again ten minutes before the interval. Seal and Agar combined countless times on Saturday, and continued their fine partnership as the latter latched onto the former’s through ball to double the lead.
Shortly before half time, Agar bagged his third hat-trick in as many games, rounding the goalkeeper to complete his treble.
That was Agar’s 11th goal in his last two and a half games, and although he wasn’t to add to that tally in the second half, he played a crucial role in helping Hinckley extend their lead after the break.
The fourth goal came four minutes into the second period from Agar’s partner in crime Seal, who curled home from the edge of the box, before Cooper latched onto Roberts’ through ball to power home a fifth on the hour.
When Agar raced through on goal midway through the second half, he could easily have added a 12th in three games, but unselfishly squared for Seal to score his second of the night.
Two goals in the final 15 minutes added further icing to an already well-baked cake, Agar assisting both of them. First, his cross was bundled home by Roberts, before he was fouled in the box, allowing Seal to secure his hat-trick from the penalty spot.
Hinckley’s scoring exploits will take the headlines, but it was also a third consecutive clean sheet for Abbott’s side, who face Coventry Copsewood in their final home game of the season at St John’s Park on Saturday.
